1) ASSEMBLY MANAGER
Responsibilities
• Reviewing the production schedule planned by material and production planners.
• To review daily production report.
• Responsible for the day-to day operation of the department.
• To achieve productivity, quality and cost control objectives.
• Manpower planning, control of overhead expenses and maximize capacity utilization.
• To oversee and ensure daily production activities are meet target and quality as per customer requirements.
• To ensure that administrative reports and commitment are carried out and completed on time.
• To ensure training and guidance to Section/ Line Leaders are carried out as according to the Operation standard and ISOP 9001 Quality Management System.
• To ensure that the set up operation and inspection processes are done according to specified procedures and instructions.
• To analyse and troubleshoots daily process problem.
• Initiate ideas for improving process efficiency.
• To monitor and ensure that the production is operation in accordance to operation standard and the the aspect of safety.


Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably those have experience in EMS 14001 Management system
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Result-oriented, pro-active, highly motivated & inquisitive leader.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

2) FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of the plant equipment and system to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
• Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the moulding industry, with an emphasis on planning /scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and / or reduce operating coast.
• Monitor the usage and inventories of space parts, maintenance supplies, equipment and initiate re-ordering.
• Prepare reports, analyse data make recommendations for improving plant operation and solving maintenance-related problems.


Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Biotechnology or equivalent.
• At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in a maintenance management role.
• In-depth knowledge of the moulding plant maintenance is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill, result-oriented, proactive and highly motivated

3) FINANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operation of finance department.
• Manage, Monitor and control the finance status closing procedure, including preparation of statutory accounts and relevant disclosure and co-ordination of overall process.
• Provide monthly/ quarterly financial management, statutory and supplementary reports on performance of the Company to the holding companies.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax consultants.
• Provide financial accounting advice and support to business units.
• Ensure that all management and statutory reporting submission are done on a timely and accurate basis.
• Responsible for strategic financial planning and budgeting.
• Be responsible for continuous improvement and formulation of internal control system and procedures.
• Be prepared to take on ad-hoc tasks as required.


Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Qualified MICP/ACCA/CIMA and a member of MIA.
• Wide exposure in audit, financial and other regulatory requirements.
• Possess mature personality, strong leadership and able to work with all levels of staff in the organization.
• Organization and assertive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and good time management skills.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment.

• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.

4) MOULDING MANAGER
Responsibilities
• Manage, plan, organise and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth running production.
• Responsible for optimal material, manpower and machine utilization to achieve production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage costs performance.
• Ensure timely corrective and preventive actions for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance of process & quality standards and procedures in accordance to ISO9001/TS16949/EMS 14001 system management.


Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Injection manufacturing production /process & Understanding on Tools, Dies, Tooling specification.
• Good in machine adjustment /trouble shooting.
• Dynamic team leader skill in overall management & excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-orientate, proactive, highly motivated & inquisitive leader.

5) PURCHASING OFFICER
Responsibilities
• To initiate sourcing activities and implement costs savings programs.
• To select qualify and audit potential suppliers.
• In charge of the procurement of raw materials (resins) for the Company's requirements in producing plastics injection parts.
• Sourcing, price negotiations & planning of resins deliveries.
• Establish good rapport/relationships with resins manufacturers, compound house & raw materials distributors.
• Work with suppliers on costs down & savings program & just in time deliveries.
• Ensure purchased raw materials are delivered on time with acceptable quality.
• Any assignment that can be assigned by the Purchasing Manager from time to time.


Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai,Johor.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Preferably understand on ISO 9001,TS 16949 Quality Management System & EMS Management.
