Production Engineer

- Develop, evaluate, improve and maintain efficient secondary process workflow.
- Ascertain the root cause of the issue, implement the solution and follow through on progress.
- Liaise with customers and vendors on product specifications and requirements.
- Carry out continuous improvement programs, achieving productivity improvement and cost reduction for the company.
- Plan and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Lead production team to achieve production efficiency so as to fulfill customer requirements and achieve maximum satisfaction.

- Responsible for training functions which includes, but not limited to, conduct orientation program for new employees, refresher training for employees, collate annual training plan, prepare monthly training report, submit training claims, course registration and follow-up, update training records and database as well as participate in ISO audits etc
- Recruitment of executive, technical positions and bargainable positions
- Administer and support staff recreational activities, HR events and activities, company vehicle, corporate mobile account, telephone system and prepare related monthly reports
- Participate in MOM surveys and customers’ audit and ad-hoc assignments & projects when required
- Manage and maintain up-to-date and accurate asset records
- Administer medical, dental and insurance claims
- Manage company vehicles, corporate mobile account & telephone system
- Collate statistics and prepare monthly reports
- Provide administrative support such as purchase office & stationery supplies, sundry, name cards, uniforms and safety shoes, air ticket bookings, ad-hoc reception duties, despatch, filing etc

- Key project member in the Digital Transformation Project.
- Involve in project management of new Digital Transformation system (MES, EAM etc) implementation locally and regionally.
- Analyse and develop application systems to support business operations
- Manage second level application support with the helpdesk.
- Manage and ensure IT Business Applications function at optimal level
- Perform periodic system maintenance and propose Applications upgrades

Electrical Technician

- To repair, maintain and upgrade the moulding machines, machine controls, robots, and other production equipments etc.
- Assist the Plant Maintenance Engineer in performing Moulding Machine Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
- Carry out daily breakdown repairs for production machines and plant facilities equipments.
- Carry out air-con maintenance and basic trouble-shooting / repair on all type / model of air-con units.
- Carry out air compressor maintenance and basic trouble-shooting / repair on all type / model of air compressor units / systems.
- Minor installation and fabrication works.
- Trouble-shooting and minor repair works covered Toolroom and Assembly area.

- Follow up day to day production output, quality and process improvement.
- Involve new mould testing
- Improves production efficiency
- Up keep production 5G and operator training
- Other ad-hoc duties that assigned by HOD.
