Its comprehensive capabilities range from precision tool design and fabrication, precision injection moulding to secondary processes, such as silk screen printing, ultrasonic welding, heat staking and spray painting, as well as sub-assembly.
Precision Injection Moulding
Fu Yu’s extensive heritage in mould making and plastic injection moulding has resulted in industry leading reputation for the following capabilities: ultra-precision moulding, high speed, thin wall moulding, two-shot insert moulding, rapid heat cool moulding, vertical moulding, cleanroom moulding.
Metal Injection Moulding
Metal injection moulding is a metalworking process in which finely-powdered metal is mixed with binder material to create a “feedstock” that is then shaped and solidified using injection moulding. The moulding process allows high volume, complex parts to be shaped in a single step. After moulding, the part undergoes conditioning operations to remove the binder (debinding) and densify the powders.
Secondary Processes
To complement our one stop service, Fu Yu provides best in the Class finishing operations such as auto-spindle automated in-line spray painting system in a controlled environment, 4-colour tempo printing systems and silk screen printing which provides customers multi choices of selections.
Product Assembly
Fu Yu’s evolution to a complete end-to-end manufacturing solution provider included the mechanical and electronics value add assembly. The vertically integrated solution of plastic injection moulding and product assembly has been proven in global EMS setup and Fu Yu’s high content of manufacturing scope is a great value proposition compared to EMS players that have no mechanical content.
